Locations, Locations and Locations:

This is a Consolidated List [Only] of a few thousand locations that any realtor will encounter. Detailing of each one of them is being done, but will take a few weeks more. We have been advised not to wait for that, but to enable the viewers to access this Website.

As of now, this List talks of the locations of Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Jaipur. More cities will be added, in due course, and each location examined, and written about.

In any Real Estate matter, all reference is to the existing localities and they are the benchmark about locating any other place.  An attempt is being here to describe all possible locations needed in any day-to-day working of anyone connected with Real Estate.

If we do not know where the land, or the property, is located, we will find it very difficult to showcase it.  Hence it is very urgent that we familiarise ourselves with all this.

Today, Google is a great help.  More often not, the “google-pin” or “Google Location” is sought and exchanged readily.

Even otherwise, we must also know many of the places which are good meeting places and the important rendezvous points!

However, it is very important to personally know any local geography, or even otherwise.  And not just for brokers; a marketing person worth his salt has to know where he has to go or send his people or goods; and as to from where they will come.  [Real Power and Success come not from the barrel of a gun, but from sheer knowledge!]

We must not misguide anyone, nor be misguided by anyone.  This gives our clients and associates, the confidence in us.
